Join us in planting seeds of hope and healing in Greater Boston prison gardens…

We invite stakeholders in Massachusetts’ flourishing green industry of growers, farmers, land care professionals, or the criminal justice system to support a more just justice system through the power of plant-based education.

Your impact

Community partners sustain the Training for Incarcerated Horticulturalists at Greater Boston prisons cultivating a cohort of environmentally aware, skilled adults prepared to join us on the land. Your sponsorship:

  • Provides high-quality horticulture training for adults seeking to build life skills and continue their education while incarcerated.

  • Purchases garden supplies like seeds, compost, plants, mulch, and tools to transform barren prison yards into productive ecosystems.

  • Strengthens  the bridge between our students and potential green industry employers through effective community outreach and communication.

Sponsorship Collaboration

  • Sustain one of our three prison garden programs in Greater Boston ($500/year)

  • Receive quarterly updates from our gardens, students, and growing practices at your sponsored garden

  • Be acknowledged on our website, career guide and newsletters, which circulate to 1500 supporters, gardeners, and green industry professionals

  • Share our carefully curated career guide for incarcerated job seekers in the green industry, The Bostonian’s Guide to Careers Outside, with your networks in the green industry.
